❓ What is the Noise Harmony Affiliate Program?

The Noise Harmony Affiliate Program allows you to earn a 10% commission for every successful sale made through your unique affiliate link or promo code. You can monetize your audience and help others discover our products.

💸 How much can I earn?

You earn 10% of the gross sale value (including VAT) for each confirmed and non-refunded order.

For example, if someone buys a €29.90 product, you earn €2.99.

Please note that commissions may be reversed if the sale is refunded or cancelled. Returns are rare due to the digital nature of products.

🗓️ When will I get paid?

Payouts are processed by the 10th of each month. The minimum payout threshold is €20. If not reached, your earnings roll over to the next month.

If your balance stays below €20 for 12 consecutive months, it may be cleared. You can access a detailed payout summary in your affiliate account dashboard.

💰 How will I get paid?

Payments are made in EUR (€) via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for PayPal fees and any currency conversion charges.

Please ensure your PayPal email is correct during registration.

🌍 Can I join if I’m outside the EU?

Yes! We welcome affiliates from all over the world.

• If you’re outside EU (e.g. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, India, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, South Africa), and you don’t submit a Tax Residency Certificate, we are required by Polish law to withhold 20% WHT (Withholding Tax) from your commissions.

• If you provide a valid certificate, you receive the full commission with no tax deducted.

📄 Do I need to submit an invoice?

Only if you’re a registered business (B2B) and choose to be paid via invoice.

We will verify your VAT number (for EU-based companies) using the VIES system.

If you’re a creator or individual, you do not need to send an invoice.

🧾 Do I need to pay taxes on my commissions?

Yes. You are responsible for tax reporting in your country.

EU-based businesses with valid VAT ID: no WHT applies (reverse charge).

Non-EU affiliates:

• With Tax Certificate: 0% WHT

• Without Certificate: 20% WHT is deducted and paid to the Polish Tax Office in accordance with local tax regulations.
  

We’ll notify you in case any withholding applies to your payout.

🔞 Is there a minimum age to join?

Yes – you must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.

🎛️ What products can I promote?

All products listed on www.noiseharmony.com/shop.

We’re happy to send you suggestions and extra assets for featured releases.

🔗 How do I promote your products?

After approval, you’ll get access to:

• A unique affiliate link

• An optional discount code

• Marketing assets (banners, demos, graphics)
  

You can promote via your website, blog, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, newsletter, or other owned channels.

You must include a disclaimer that you’re part of the Noise Harmony Affiliate Program (e.g., "I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link as a Noise Harmony affiliate.").

🧾 Do I need to be a business to join?

No. You can register as an individual, freelancer, or creator. If you’re a company, please provide your company name, tax ID, and country during registration.

📜 Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes – completing the application and checking the confirmation box is a legally binding agreement. No physical signature is required.

📥 What’s the approval process?

Most applications are reviewed within 72 hours. We may reject applications that don’t align with our brand, or that we find unethical or misleading.
