Right to Withdraw from Service Execution

Before beginning the service, Noise Harmony conducts a quality check of the submitted files. If the files are found to be of insufficient quality, the client will be informed and asked to provide new files or correct the existing ones. Noise Harmony reserves the right to refuse the service if the files provided by the client are of poor technical quality and unsuitable for professional mixing. In such a case, Noise Harmony will refund the full amount paid for the service. The refund amount may slightly differ from the original amount due to exchange rate differences.

Commitment to Client Satisfaction

Noise Harmony is committed to making every effort to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations. After implementing the client’s feedback and requested revisions, further dissatisfaction with the final result does not entitle the client to a refund. The client acknowledges that the service is performed at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Noise Harmony is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the poor quality of the materials provided by the client, such as incorrect audio tracks, clipping, or other defects. The client is fully responsible for the quality of the submitted files.

Acceptance of Final Product

Acceptance of the final mix and mastering (e.g., by sending an email with approval) signifies the completion of the service and closure of the project. After this stage, Noise Harmony does not offer refunds or further revisions without additional charges.

Copyright and Licenses

Noise Harmony is not responsible for any copyright infringements resulting from the use of materials provided by the client. The client declares that they hold all necessary rights to the audio materials submitted for mixing and mastering.
