New Amps: Agoura Expands to 50 Channels
Helix Stadium 1.2 adds 7 new Agoura channels, bringing the Agoura total to 50. Combined with the 111 HX amp channels, that’s 161 amp channels available overall.
New Agoura Models
US Super Black – inspired by classic American clean platforms, featuring Normal and Vibrato channels with detailed power-amp behavior and feel controls.
Cali 2C+ – a high-gain icon with Normal and Lead channels, full graphic EQ, power-amp topology options, and extensive voicing flexibility.
Brit Jujube – a British rock staple with Rhythm, Rhythm Clip, and Lead channels, covering everything from crunchy rhythms to saturated leads.
Across all three models, Line 6 continues to expose advanced parameters such as Sag, Ripple, Z Pre/Post, and Hype, allowing players to fine-tune feel, response, and realism well beyond basic tone shaping.

Showcase: Playback and Automation Engine (Phase 1)
The headline feature of 1.2 is Showcase, Line 6’s new live playback and automation system. Rather than controlling only a guitar or bass rig, Helix Stadium can now function as the central hub of an entire performance setup.
In practical terms, Showcase lets you combine audio playback with automated control of presets, snapshots, loopers, MIDI devices, external amps, software, video, and even lighting—all driven from a song timeline.
Core Concepts
1. Multi-Track Song Player
Play back up to 8 stereo audio tracks per song
Transfer songs wirelessly from the Helix Stadium app
Create independent mixes for 1/4”, XLR, and headphone outputs via the Matrix mixer
2. Timeline Automation (“Flags”)
Events—called flags—are placed directly on a song timeline and trigger actions automatically during playback. These can recall presets or snapshots, control loopers, send MIDI or USB HID commands, switch external amps, manage tempo and time-signature changes, and more. Think of it as Command Center automation, synchronized to the song.
3. Songs and Playlists
Songs can be organized into playlists and navigated directly from the device or transport controls. Helix Stadium supports hundreds of songs (depending on content and storage) and dozens of playlists, making it viable for full live sets, backing-track rigs, or hybrid live/streaming setups.
The result is less footswitch choreography and more focus on performance.
Fixes and Improvements
Version 1.2 includes a long list of fixes addressing real-world issues reported by users. Highlights include:
Corrected output-level mismatches on 1/4” and XLR outs
Improved consistency of preset and snapshot recall
Greater stability when importing presets from Helix/HX devices
Resolved looper and footswitch assignment edge cases
Multiple Helix Stadium app fixes related to DSP limits, snapshot behavior, imports, and editor-to-hardware synchronization
General performance optimizations and UI cleanup
Important note: The Mic In Gain fix requires manual readjustment after updating, as levels will increase once corrected.

Known Issues
As with any major release, a few limitations remain. These include snapshot-related gain jumps in extreme cases, certain Wi-Fi edge cases, and a handful of Showcase-specific behaviors that are already marked for improvement. Line 6 has documented these clearly and continues to refine the platform.
If you’re already using Helix Stadium live, this update is well worth installing and exploring - especially the new Showcase workflow. For more bug fixes and known issues, please visit the official Helix Stadium 1.2 release notes:
